Walsh's is a large, vibrant community pharmacy situated on the corner of Malabar Road and Meagher Avenue at South Maroubra. The pharmacy is open 365 days & nights a year from 8am until 9pm(and usually much later than nine). A free delivery service is provided every day and night of the year.

The first floor has home health(wheelchairs, walkers, crutches etc), the sleep apnoea private fitting room,weight loss clinic, "Skin Perfection" the beauty therapy clinic,compounding laboratory and blister pack medication service.

Walsh's is part of the South Maroubra Shopping Village which has an excellent open,ground level car park where free parking is always available. This car park provides arguably the easiest free parking in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, all within one minute's walk of the shops. All one's daily needs are accommodated at "The Village". There is a Woolworth's Food for Less supermarket,hot bread shop, fruit shop,butcher,medical centre,dentist,hairdresser, Chinese restaurant,7-11, and The Sands Hotel/Motel.The supermarket and most of the stores are open 7 days a week. The Sands has 15 well appointed motel units. It is an ideal spot for people using Sydney airport as it is only a 15 minute drive away and the beautiful South Maroubra beach is just a five minute walk for a quick swim before flying.

This is a "community" pharmacy in every sense of the word as it has always had a high degree of involvement with the local community.
